Graham’s Host the First Annual Corn Hole Tourney

Have bean bag. Will travel.

That might be the new motto for many a Rondeau cottager – especially the ones who participated in the first annual Corn Hole Tournament at the cottage of Keith and Karn Graham on August 4th.

The tournament saw 10 “Little Niblet” kids teams in the morning, and 45 adult teams with 7 boards going in the afternoon. Teams of two attempted to get their bean bag into the hole (3 points) or at the very least on the board (1 point). It was sudden-death style, so if you lost one game you were out; if you were lucky enough to be good (or good enough to be lucky!) – you got to move on. But that didn’t dampen any spirits to those that lost, it just made the fans base grow larger and louder!

In the end, adult victors Mary Ann Pelly and Al VanOirschot defeated Dave French and Steve Moro. Little Niblet winners were Andrew French and Cole Graves.

Same time next year? Game on!

Rob’s form is exquisite!

Look at the concentration on Steve’s face!

We are pretty sure Elizabeth wishes she had cheated in order to move on!

This is so mantel-worthy!

A fun day for everyone!
