Cottagers’ Association AGM Set: July 7, 2013

Mark your calendar! Our Annual General Meeting of the Rondeau Cottagers’ Association will be held Sunday July 7, 2013, at 10am.  We have booked the Morpeth Community Hall again this year.  It is air conditioned and there is parking.

The meeting begins at 10am, but Directors will be there to receive your membership dues so we encourage anyone who has not paid yet, or who wants to join the RCA, to come earlier to do this. Membership fees are $175. This fee goes to many efforts by your board of directors in securing a lease renewal, once the current lease expires on 2017.  It also goes towards any legal fees we incur as we continue to fight to have Rondeau designated as a culturally significant site in order to preserve our heritage cottages.

Come out and find out what the board has been doing over the past year, current battles, MPAC assessments, and more.  Coffee will be on and water will be provided.  We encourage you to bring your own reusable coffee mug to save on waste.  We hope to be wrapped by by 12:30 – 1pm, so you can enjoy your afternoon on the beach!
